The replacement of the railing system, posts, spindles, and deteriorated deck boards; built single and double gates; installed new stair railings and spindles; and added a step for access to the second level.

Completed the demo necessary for the project and reinforced the existing support structure to improve strength and stability. Replaced the deck’s posts, handrails, railing components, and spindles, including the railings and spindles along the staircase. Removed and replaced the worn or damaged deck boards, including all boards that appear new in the completed project photos. Custom-built and installed both a single gate and a double gate. Also constructed and installed an additional step to provide safer and easier access to the second level. All new components were fitted and secured to complete the deck restoration.
